Is this dress "the one"?
So i've spent a total of 13 hours shopping for a dress this weekend. Finally I found a decent one, but I'm really contemplating about whether I can find a better one somewhere else. I've scoured the aisles of Macy's, Dillards, and every other dept. store in my area without much luck (besides this.) David's Bridal is out of my budget 
So this dress is for a banquet that my high school music program is holding. Please tell me your honest opinions on the dress and whether you think I can find a better one (and where)!
Also, do the shoes match well enough?

I think it's lovely. Plus, you're just the right height for the dress and the color compliments your skin color very well. I think it's perfect!
