Best way to extract your blood?
What is the best way to extract your blood yourself? I only want ONE drop of blood. Where is the best place to do it? Fingertip? With a pin?
My purpose of this is to get a sample of my blood on a microscope slide.
the finger tip of your ring finger is the best place.
try to press your ring finger between your middle finger and yor thumb of the same hand. now use a sterile needle and prick it with your other hand.
the pressure of pressing your finger during pricking pushes the blood out quicker.
