... not a poem .. but would you treat it like one? comment?
I opened my eyes when I woke up today
languidly stretched and got out of my bed
I turned on my computer and started to play
as words started climbing around in my head
My fingertips glanced on the keys that they stroked
the brain in my head transfixed for a while
those words when I placed them induced and provoked
indignant repugnant and those infantile
I thought to myself as I caught in the fray
quickly sparred with the demons spat out my bile
and then I decided to leave them to play..
Now the moral of this is not plain to see
But if you want one then, too bad, hee! hee!
It is not a poem as the chicken and the cow have decreed I cannot write poems so there fore I the human gave you this.
and Nexx, may I counter, perhaps you could tell me how it is a poem or resembles one, please?
