Ivory dress.... ivory accessories?
Okay so I just bought my wedding dress. I chose to buy it in ivory because of my skin tone... it looks beautiful on me! But now I'm worried about the accessories for our wedding that we've already bought that are white. Our invitations, place card, guest book, ringbearer pillows, and yeah basically everything are white. The tableclothes, napkins, and plates at our reception are also going to be white. At first I thought this would be great b/c I would stand out, but now I'm worried it won't match. Also... should the men have white dress shirts under their tuxes? Should the flowergirl's dress & basket be ivory too? My veil and shoes are ivory. My wedding colors are dark and light purple.
i think that you should have your flowergirl's dress and basket in ivory to complement you! as for everything else being white, i think that is a really good idea. the white will make your gown and your wedding colors pop! so don't worry about it!
i think nothing looks classier than a man in a classic black tux with a crisp white shirt! so don't worry about that either.
btw, ignore gina, she has been giving really nasty answers to every question she has answered. she sounds like a spoiled little witch with too much time on her hands! so don't pay any attention to her sweetie.
