What Are Lace Wigs?
Lace wigs are hair wigs that are handmade by professional wig makers. Ventilation is the method which is employed to make lace front wigs. The hair is sewn onto lace material one strand at a time. The lace material which looks a lot like natural skin behaves like the scalp when put on the head. Machine made lace wigs are made from thicker laces as the Swiss and French laces cannot take the stress from the machine and would be damaged in the process. The handmade lace wigs are best from the Swiss and French laces. Lace front wigs are different from the normal hair wigs in that they are most undetectable. The best part is that no one will be able to tell that you are actually wearing a wig. Lace wigs have been used by may top celebrities like Oprah, Beyonce, Jessica Simpson, Tyra Banks and so on. If you never knew about their secret, now it’s out. Your lace front wigs can be parted at any place on the cap, worn into a high ponytail without disclosing it is a week and can be worn even when you go swimming by causing little or no harm at all to your own hair.
Lace wigs are normally fastened with adhesives that are waterproof at the edge of your head pretty close to your hairline and there is no need to use messy glues onto your hair. Besides, you don’t even have to sit still for several hours before you get a sew in weave when you can get an instant full head of hair that falls freely and looks like your own in a matter of a few minutes. If taken care of properly, the lace front wigs are made to last you quite a few years. You can wear your lace wigs for several weeks at a time. And any time you would like to change your hair color, texture, style, body or add length, the lace wigs are your best bet.
Lace wigs have become the norm nowadays for someone who wishes to quickly change their look or manage a bad hair day. Lace front wigs used to be a secret among the celebrities earlier but today they are available to alopecia and chemo patients as well as other people who want to have a new look. They are extremely beneficial to people who have hair that doesn’t grow and those suffering from hair loss.
