Gordon have been in the pearl jewelry business for a very long time. they decided to create a brand cnepearls that would become a world popular in fine pearl jewelry.
"I love creating unusual pearl jewelry, which is why I love baroque pearls," explains Gordon. This love for Nature's unusual creations has just make the pearl jewelry become more and more popular. The most unusual item is a one-of-a-kind pearl flower brooch accented with gold.
"Selling a strand of pearls is good for the bank account. Selling an unusual brooch is good for the soul," muses the designer. this remark sums up gordon philosophy. "People are demanding high quality jewelry that is truly different. Unique pieces like the flower brooches become wearable art," he comments, adding that the brand also produces limited series brooches and bracelets made in unusual designs.
The company also produces fine jewelry made of gold, sivler, Tahitian pearls, and gemstones, because the pearls represent one of nature's loveliest creations.
So the pearls remain the central focus. "I prefer to designing with pearls ,the pearls are very much in fashion. They are also versatile and ultra-feminine." Gordon's signature characteristic is undoubtedly its free-style designs, with their provocative forms and structures.
Cnepearls' creations also include colored pearls. "Today, color is everywhere" he adds. One of the more popular pieces is a 2.1-inch wide bracelet made of multi-colored Keshi pearls. "People are looking for warm shades, along with pine red . These are now more popular than white."
With this growing demand for warm colors in pearl jewelry, cnepearls is readying a new collection to be launched at the Centurion show in January. Called "dark black" a after the song, this line will feature black Tahitian a in a variety of styles and designs. "Five years ago, we followed the trends. Today, we set the trends," says gordon. "When I look at my dark black collection, I know that next year they will be everywhere" Are the colors natural? "Yes, absolutely," he affirms. "We seldom use dyed pearls, we like the colors given by nature."
Today selling pearl jewelry online is a trend a also a good business mode , cnepearls catch up with this, the online store of cnepearls make a 120% increase in their pearl jewelry business, but in the cnepeals mind, the business increase is not everything, the most important things is the online website can make the customer more closed , and can make a good communication with the customers.
As cnepearls continues to expand into new markets with its artistic pearl jewelry, gordon knows what he wants to accomplish. "When you make jewelry, it is not about a sale, it is about making a art design." And that he does.
