Where can I find a parasol??? I really need an answer!!!!!!?
I am 15, and my friend has recently invited me to her birthday party, which has a tea party theme. I have found a wonderful dress (Salvation Army for 3.99!!). I have a medical condition where I cannot spend too much time in the sun because of the medicine I take. Since this party is outdoors, my friend suggested the wonderful idea of finding a parasol! So, now I need to know where, in or near the Rochester area, can I find somewhere that I may buy a parasol. Another option is creating my own parasol out of an umbrella. If I choose this option, will someone please tell me how to make one? Also, I am on a limited budget, seeing as my parents are kind enough to pay for this.
