I am tying bows on my wedding invitations...?
and I feel like I am doing this the hard way. Is there an easier way to get this look or do mine look fine?
I don't know how to make the bows look better and not so lopsided. Any better ideas or advice? Thanks!!
Oh, they look really nice! They actually look good the way they are.
However, if you want them to stay in place better,
the only thing I can think of is to fix the ribbons in place by putting a small dot of glue on left and right side on the back of the invitation and putting the ribbons on before it dries. It would dry clear and then you could tie the ribbons. You could line the dots and ribbons up with a ruler to make sure they're straight. The draw back would be that it would be kind of time-consuming. If you have a spare invitation try this out overnight and see how it works.
