Discovery Confirmation Candle Charts Powerful Candlestick Reversal Pattern New
One of the outstanding attributes Candlestick analysis is the use of candle charts in order to trend reversal probe, either because they are nearing completion or even earlier. When we find the formation of wax that we know has proven to be an actress for many years, we sure to give special attention. Even more so, when one of the possible reversal of the finding that the pattern does not appear in the standard literature, but which one has reason to believe may have a reversal potential of a classic candle chart patterns, it can be quite like finding buried treasure.
We've written recently about our findings variation of the "Morning Star" Japanese Candlestick reversal patterns, and the possibility that it may have some characteristics of the original bull.
It's the classic "Morning Star "price reversal candlestick pattern consisting of three bars. The first bar will be a tall black candle, showing a strong" down day "in the market. Bar center, which is the" Star " from the formation, will show a very tight range in price between the opening price and closing price, thus forming the so-called "real body" of the price of the bar; and the "real body" will be located on, near, or below the closing price expressed by the tall black candle. The third bar will be a tall white candle, which means strong "up days." Complete pattern is considered as a bullish signal.
There are variations of the classic "Morning Star" which contains two "Stars" than one. We've written about it separately, and have given themselves the name of "Tokyo Express." It turned out to be very strong, in this case marks ignition point of Rally 2009.
Today, we discuss three variations of the Star of the Morning Star, a candle reversal pattern that was completed on July 13 2009. In a previous comment about it, we make a record appearance and wondered if perhaps contain within itself the promise of bullish price increases.
Now, only three days later, on July 16, we know the answer: it is a strong reversal formation. Because the pattern of settlement until the close of market today, the Dow has gained 380 points!
Case closed. We are very pleased that we really have identified a strong Candlestick Reversal Patterns should be recognized as a distinct pattern in itself. We call it "Kobe Cruiser."
